Arthur (A.J.) Piane

A.J. Piane learned the construction business from the foundation up. He began his career in 1979 as a carpenter in the Chicago area. His expertise and natural leadership qualities led to a promotion to foreman and move to California.

In 1983, A.J. returned to the Midwest for an opportunity with a Chicago-area real estate developer. Over the next 21 years, A.J. managed and supervised construction projects and clients, working his way up from foreman to Vice President in the organization.

In 2004, Mr. Piane decided to pursue a lifelong ambition. Built on the priciples of honesty and integrity… and utilizing the knowledge, experience and relationships he gained over 25 years in the business, A.J opened his own construction company.

Today, Piane Construction is a thriving business due in part to the hard work ethic that A.J. learned early in his career… and continues to this day. Another part of it’s success can be attributed experience gained and relationships built throughout his 25+ year career. But the most valuable lessons, were those learned by serving clients every day. “I learned early in my career that construction is a service industry. To grow, a construction company must constantly serve the needs of their clients, deliver exceptional quality work and exceed their expectations.”
