Excel Design 3490 Liberty, Aurora IL.  This project included site preparation and addition of a 54,000 square foot addition.

Piane Construction built a 3-story, 30,000 square foor mixed use building. This project was developed in an overflow parking area next to a prominent shopping center in Wheaton, IL.

As the new headquarters for the RANWC, the scope of work included remodeling the offices, and creating a sales area on the first floor. In the basement a training room with refreshment area was built, along with bathrooms, and a computer lab. Piane Construction also remodeled the 2nd floor for the American Cancer Society.

As an industry-leading trade show display manufacturer, Tradetec needed a multi-functional facility. Piane Construction created a dramatic 2-story entry, design suites, executive offices, conference rooms, exhibit display area and warehouse area.

A leading software distributor, ASAP’s growth was on record pace. The project included site development, and the addition of 20,000 square feet. The building addition was comprised of executive offices, conference rooms, large open areas for cubicles, a 400 seat meeting / lunch room with attached vending area, and a 2000 square foot patio.

Remodel office space for Sure Payroll

This project required a redesign of the client's original space plan to allow for better traffic flow. The project included the buildout of 5000 square feet of raw space consisting of Offices, Exam Rooms, Bathrooms, Labs, and a Child Play Area.    

The project included site development, and the construction of a 53,000 square foot industrial condo building.
