Piane Construction offers 3 levels of service. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
Design/Build
As the name implies, Piane Construction would begin work at the design phase of the project, handling every aspect of the job from concepts through architectural plans. Once plans are approved, we handle all aspects of construction through completion of the project. This allows you, the client, the convenience of working with one vendor – one point of contact throughout the entire project.
General Contracting
Piane Construction is often hired as the general contractor on projects. In this capacity, we would review your existing plans, provide a quote, and ultimately be responsible for all aspects of construction through completion.
Construction Management
Piane Construction is sometimes hired to simply manage construction on a project. All sub-contractors would be hired and paid by the client, Piane Construction would schedule, supervise and see that the job is built according to plans.
